What is E-service?
Hitachi E-service
With the purchase of a Hitachi series 3 excavator or a Hitachi wheel loader, you will receive a satellite communication system free of charge.
The operational data and the location of the machine are relayed to Hitachi’s central database (the Machine Information Center) in Japan at regular intervals.
The owner is able to access this data at all times via the Hitachi website, using a unique password.
Important advantages E-service offers:
- Immediate access to important machine data such as hours of operation, fuel level, maintenance history, service intervals, error messages, etc.
- Operating data such as pressures and temperatures can be provided in the form of graphs.
- The exact location of the machine is always known.
- Accurate planning for fleet maintenance.
